What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Maintenance Person position at Schooner Bay Landing Condo Assn.?
We are looking for an experienced maintenance person. This person should have knowledge of roof repairs, deck repairs, grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, snowplow experience, and tractor/backhoe experience.
This position is full time with year- round work. Working in all elements of weather is required.
This is not your typical maintenance position for this area. We do only outside maintenance on buildings and grounds.
Physical requirements:
- Able to climb ladders, and not scared of heights
- Able to walk roof lines
- Able to dig holes, bend, and stoop
- Able to lift 80lbs on own
- Stand, walk for extended periods of time
Job requirements:
- Valid driver license and able to clear commercial insurance coverage
- Work well with others and take direction
- Able to work in all elements of weather
- General knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Knowledge of chainsaw
- General knowledge of grounds maintenance
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
