IT Payments & Integration Analyst IIThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$42.41 - $63.62Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Design, install, manage and configure server, applications, and network systems to support payments technology infrastructure and solutions to Members. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements Business Requirements Documents, Process Flow Diagrams. Use Cases, GUI, and Screen and Interface designs.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, patches and software updates, after-hours maintenance, and resource optimization for payments systems as required. Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades.
- Conducts vendor and 3rd party product reviews and evaluations. Provides final analysis to management and senior management for review and decisions.
- Perform capacity and performance planning.
- Monitor, assign, respond, and prioritize payments related IT service requests, incidents and problems. Troubleshoot advanced issues or problems, including escalation internally or to 3rd party vendor support, to drive root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with payments vendors and hold them accountable to obligations.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Makes independent decisions in regards to finalizing the requirements and the scope of the projects. Develop requirements specifications using standard templates, best practice, using natural language.
- Formulate and define payment systems project scope and objectives. Provide recommendations to management on detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for project approval.
- Perform peer review of submitted changes by other IT Payments & Integration teammembers.
- Provide assistance for support cases escalated by Payments Services and other Business Departments and IT Payments & Integration Analyst I and II.
- Perform daily system monitoring, create reports upon request, and verify the integrity and availability of payment services solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest payments technology trends and recommend Member experience enhancements. Serve as the conduit between IT Payments & Integration, other internal IT Departments, and the Payments Services division in supporting payments systems.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
- 5-7 years Previous Experience required
- Relevant credit union and/or financial systems experience preferred
- Experience with card services, payment systems, or payment operations preferred
- Experience with project management processes and methodologies preferred
- CompTIA preferred
- Microsoft MCP preferred
- Cisco CCNA preferred
- ITIL preferred
- Business Analytics (BA) preferred
- Project Management (PMP) preferred
- ACH (NCP/AAP) preferred
- Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security preferred
- Available for on call rotation supporting the production environment 24x7x365
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of payment industry trends and emerging technologies and an ability to relate them to the company and its objectives.
- Intermediate proficiency of computer systems and networking
- Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and security
- Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
- Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
- Demonstrate analytical and product management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of core-host financial processing systems a plus (Symitar preferred)
- Understanding of file and data transfer methodologies and technologies
- Demonstrate strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
