Schoolmates is an nature-based, Reggio-Emilia inspired preschool program serving families since 1991. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Support the mission, philosophy, and core values of our school
- Conduct assessments of child development progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare regulations to safeguard children's well-being at all times.
