Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Construction / Project Managers to join our growing team in various parts of Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction operations and project execution
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and resources
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong skills in project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
