Job Description
School Sisters of St. Francis is hiring for a PT Licensed Practical Nurse for Second Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) Rotating Weekends.
At School Sisters of St. Francis, our staff gets to know and interact with those they serve while assuring quality of life - physical, social, psychological, and Spiritual. We are seeking an individual who would fit our compassionate environment caring for retired religious Sisters. At School Sisters of St. Francis, you can develop meaningful relationships with the Sisters and provide quality nursing care due to our excellent ratio of staff to Sister. Responsibilities include providing care within a team environment, using strong leadership skills in responding to situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse desired.
We offer competitive wages starting at $30.50 per hour based on experience.
This position is benefit eligible.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current and valid unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
Two (2) years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience In a Long-Term Care Environment Preferred.
CPR Certification required.
