Job Summary
We are currently seeking an individual to help schools implement our School Safety Software called schoolSAFEid. We are launching a new product called SAFEid Alert and SAFEid Alert Badge. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills who can effectively manage client interactions and support the integration process. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, enabling them to assist clients in navigating integrations while providing exceptional support.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary data is accurately entered into systems.
- Provide ongoing customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients regarding integration status and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and integration progress through data entry in the office system.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration process, working closely with technical teams as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining professional phone etiquette and effective communication.
