What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing school accounts
- Build strong relationships with principals, district officials, and parent organizations
- Conduct on‑site visits during picture days to ensure client satisfaction — a standard practice in school photography sales roles
- Maintain accurate account records, activity logs, and contracts
- Drive measurable territory growth through consistent outreach and high‑activity sales days
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven outside sales experience, ideally in school photography, yearbooks, or educational services — consistent with expectations across similar roles in the region
- Strong relationship‑building and closing skills
- Comfortable selling by phone and in person
- Organized, self‑motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Ability to travel across a Southern California territory
- Excellent communication and follow‑through
