The part time Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, they assist with running the School and creating an amazing experience for all students, parents and prospective customers.
Responsible for: clerical, scheduling, billing, lead management, computer apt, problem solving, customer service

Summary
As a Studio Coordinator for AGM & Teachers specializing in piano, vocals, guitar, and drums, you will be essential in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the studio. Reporting to the studio manager, your core skills in customer service, organization, and clerical duties will support both instructors and students. Your premium skills in office management and multi-line phone systems will enhance communication and efficiency. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite will aid in scheduling and data management, making you a vital part of our creative team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files, utilizing Google Suite and Microsoft Office for documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Background in customer service and office management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
