What are the responsibilities and job description for the Montessori Certified Lead Guides position at School in the Hills?
School in the Hills is in its 18th year of providing authentic Montessori for hundreds of families while fostering an environment of grace and courtesy, creativity, and joyful learning. We are now accepting applications for Certified Lead Guides at the Primary (3-6), Lower Elementary (6-9), and Upper Elementary (9-12) levels for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Job Requirements:
- MACTE accredited Montessori certification
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working in a Montessori classroom
- A kind and genuine approach to children and their families
- Strong communication skills with a calm demeanor for leading groups of children
