Join Our School Nutrition Team!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable individual to join our school food service team. We currently have the following opening:
- 1 Part-Time School Food Service Worker (17.5 hours/week average)
Hours: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm (7 hour shift with 30 minute lunch)
Work weeks rotate by Week A and Week B:
Week A: Monday/Tuesday & Week B: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, or
Week A: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & Week B: Thursday/Friday
Our food service staff play an important role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment for students each day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch according to established menus.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and serving area.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and packaging.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain production records and understand serving regulations
- Provide friendly customer service to students and staff.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely meal service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service or customer service experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful background check.

Pay: From $16.81 per hour
