Guest Educator Pool (2026-2027)

Before applying to become a Guest Educator with Indian River County Schools, you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, with a minimum GPA of 2.5
2. Completion of STEDI online training and testing, if required
3. Successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including workplace screening and fingerprinting

In addition, candidates must:

1. Have reliable internet access
2. Be physically capable of performing the duties of a guest educator
3. Have dependable transportation
4. Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 20 pounds, and lift up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects
5. Be available to work Monday through Friday across all grade levels and subject areas
