POSITION SUMMARY:This position serves as administrative assistant to the K-12 Athletics and Activities Director. Responsible for athletic events, sports registration, financial, and transportation related to the athletics department. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines for a volume of work that requires attention to detail, and a high level of organization. The candidate needs to be able to maintain confidentiality related to the student's financial and medical information.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Athletics Registration/Events:Manage registrations, fees and medical information related to middle and high school sports Manages ticketing/gate devices, promotions, and income for athletic eventsCreate and manage athletic websites, and registration platforms for K-12 athleticsCoordinate with coaches for rosters, academic and physical eligibility, and registration informationResponsible for all data entry for State School Performance Report (SPR) relating to athletics.Financial:Orders elementary, middle and high school athletic department t supplies, equipment, etc.Process all requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices, entering them into the district financial accounting systemTransportation:Schedules transportation for all away athletics and activities for the middle/high schoolSchedules transportation for middle/high school field tripsManage schedule for district vans and work with car rental companies when neededResponsible for all data entry for State School Performance Report (SPR) relating to athletics NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Perform other duties as assignedMaintain the Archive Room for athletics Benefit Eligible: Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Health Insurance, PTO, WRS(pension) and 403(b)Company DescriptionThe School District of Brown Deer is located in the Village of Brown Deer, WI.
