About The Position
School District 49 is actively seeking a General Education Para Educator at Remington Elementary School. This position is Title I funded for the 26/27 school year and will be considered a one-year position unless Title funds are approved the following school year.
This position is at a Title I-funded school. To meet the qualification requirements for this position, you must provide transcripts or test scores demonstrating one of the following: 48 college credit hours, an Associate's Degree, or a passing score on a formal state or local academic assessment (e.g., ACT WorkKeys or ETS ParaPro). Applicants who do not meet the qualification requirements at the time of hire will have until the end of the 202627 school year to meet them. Please visit the CDE website for additional information regarding the assessments. Continued employment may be affected if the required qualifications have not been met by the deadline.

Hourly rate of pay: The pay range is $20.45 to $25.56 per hour, based on relevant prior work experience. The final starting rate will be determined after reviewing the experience listed on the job application. Please ensure all relevant work experience is included to support accurate pay placement.
