Essex North Shore is seeking a School Adjustment Counselor.
Satisfactory CORI, SORI, and SAFIS.
MA DESE licensure required.
Bilingual preferred.
LICSW preferred.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
• Help students resolve such personal, emotional, and social problems that impede learning.
• Provide case management and crisis intervention for students in need.
• Provide services to students as outlined in individual education plan (IEPs) or 504 plans.
• Collaborate with staff members on developing interventions for students in need.
• Support the development of programs and activities that promote student engagement and a positive school climate.
• Complete all required paperwork in accordance with district/school policies and federal and state law.
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for supervision and instruction of the students.
• Responsible for implementing “other job-related duties” as needed and directed by the Director of School Counseling and Admissions.
Salary : $60,162 - $112,882
