We are a New York City-grown company and we’re currently looking for talent. We are seeking a reliable, trusting individual to join our Operations team as a Warehouse Order Specialist.
This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208
The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support our key warehouse shift.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work fully on-site at our 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208 warehouse.
- Must be able to commit to full time schedule 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday
- Should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or any related field.
- Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) with excellent communication skills (Role involves relaying information in Spanish.)
- A college degree in any field is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player.
- Occasional overtime may be required during high-volume season.
Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:
- Full time role

- Hourly Rate: $33.65/ hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.
- Process orders and related documentation to ensure all shipments, labels, and records are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory records and data to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates in the system.
- Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders. We may require overtime during high-volume season.
- Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure collaboration and regular updates to the other warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
