Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Location: Brooklyn, NY – 693 Atkins Avenue (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000 Annually, occasional overtime may be required and is included as part of the compensation package

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Fulfillment Operations Specialist to keep our logistics tight and our customers happy. In this role, you’ll be the operational connective tissue making sure every order moves smoothly from inventory to out-the-door delivery.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Warehouse Manager, Logistics team, and Operations Manager to manage inventory across multiple hubs and streamline everyday workflows. This isn’t a pure desk job or a pure warehouse gig—it’s a dynamic mix of operational management, cross-team coordination, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Order Fulfillment: Oversee picking, assembly, packaging, and dispatch prep to ensure every order goes out on time and 100% accurate.
• Connect the Hubs: Coordinate inventory across multiple warehouse locations to track down components, solve shortages, and complete orders.
• Verify & Audit: Track incoming inventory in our receiving system to ensure every component is logged and accounted for before shipping.
• Keep Data Crisp: Update order statuses in real time within our fulfillment systems, accurately tracking partial shipments and outstanding items.
• Troubleshoot on the Fly: Spot bottlenecks, inventory gaps, and discrepancies early—then partner with team leads to fix them fast.
• Run Daily Ops: Work hand-in-hand with the Warehouse Manager to set daily priorities and keep operational momentum high.

• Strong Communicator: Clear, prompt, and proactive when coordinating with teams and keeping everyone aligned.
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Reliable & Punctual: Someone team members can depend on to show up and execute consistently.

Nice to Have:

• College degree (preferred, but real-world execution matters most).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, retail or team leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 USD annual salary
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends off. Occasional overtime may be required and is included as part of the salary

• Street and nearby parking are available, although there is no dedicated company parking.
• We strongly prefer candidates based in Brooklyn, Queens, or Lower Manhattan. The facility is located a 10-minute walk from the nearest public transit stop. Candidates should have reliable transportation to reach location.
