Wheelock Elementary School Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our inclusive learning community. - IEP Development: Leading the creation and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Progress Monitoring: Documenting student outcomes and providing data-driven feedback to parents and administration.
- Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the school, families, and state/area agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold New Hampshire Teacher Certification in Special Education with Endorsement 1900.

- Clearance: Successful completion of a NH criminal background check is required.
