Keene Elementary Schools are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our inclusive learning community 50% at Fuller School and 50% at Symonds School. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be the primary advocate for your students' educational journeys. Key responsibilities include:
- IEP Development: Leading the creation and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Progress Monitoring: Documenting student outcomes and providing data-driven feedback to parents and administration.
- Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the school, families, and state/area agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Environment: Maintaining a safe, optimal, and adaptive learning space that addresses specific student needs.

Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold New Hampshire Teacher Certification in Special Education with Endorsement 1900.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and/or advanced endorsements are preferred.
- Experience: Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse range of students, staff, and families.
- Clearance: Successful completion of a NH criminal background check is required.
