Keene School District is seeking a dedicated and organized Special Education Teacher/Case Manager to join our EPIC Program at Fuller Elementary. This is more than a teaching role—it is a leadership position where you will design individualized pathways for student success and serve as a vital bridge between families, school staff, and community agencies.
Your Impact as a Case Manager
Reporting to the Director of Student Services and Principal, you will ensure our students receive the highest quality of care and instruction by:
IEP Leadership: Developing, implementing, and managing Individual Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Advocacy & Coordination: Communicating effectively with state and area agencies, parents, and administration to create a holistic support network.
Outcome-Driven Instruction: Documenting student progress and outcomes while providing a safe, optimal, and nurturing learning environment.
Strategic Feedback: Providing clear, professional insights to families regarding student expectations and goals.

Qualifications
Certification: Must hold New Hampshire Teacher Certification in Special Education (Endorsement 1900).
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or advanced endorsements are highly preferred.
Experience: Proven ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals and agencies.
