Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Oversee daily front office operations, managing phone calls, visitors, and mail with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to school leadership, including managing schedules, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Community Relations: Act as a primary liaison between the school, parents, staff, and students, ensuring clear and positive communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student files, attendance records, and school databases in accordance with district policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience preferred.
- Key Attributes: A proven ability to interact positively, cheerfully, and patiently with staff, students, and parents under all circumstances.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency with standard office software and database management.
