What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Inclusion Aide- Westmoreland School 2026-2027 position at School Administrative Unit No. 29?
Are you passionate about helping young learners find their footing? As a Classroom Inclusion Aide, your primary goal is to ensure students have equitable access to the curriculum and feel fully integrated into our vibrant school community. Whether you are helping a first grader master phonics or guiding an eighth grader through a science lab, your presence will be the bridge to their success.
- Work Schedule: 6 hours per day, following the school year calendar (summers, vacations and holidays off).
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum and support student growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or two years of college (approximately 48 credits) or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Ability to adapt to different classroom needs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success.
