POSITION: Recording Secretary
The SAU #9 and Conway School Board is seeking a recording secretary to take minutes at school board meetings starting January 1, 2026.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The recording secretary must attend meetings and be able to produce draft minutes within five days. The Conway School District meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month and the SAU Board Meetings are scheduled at 6:00 p.m. one Thursday each month. All the meeting are held at the Conway Professional Development Center at Kennett Middle School. Special meetings may be scheduled on an "as needed” basis.
