What are the responsibilities and job description for the JV Boys Basketball Coach position at School Administrative Unit #9?
Previous basketball coaching at the high school level and experience working with teenagers preferred. The coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and games, adhere to district policies, rules, and objectives. The coach will lead by example among the team and players. Focus will be on personal development, skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship, and work to establish and improve the team and program.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, must meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District, Kennett High School and NHIAA requirements, and be able to travel with the team to and from away games/events. CPR/First Aid certification required but will train if needed.
