RAYMOND SCHOOL DISTRICT PARAEDUCATOR
This position is part of the Raymond Support Staff Union. Pay is per the Collective Bargaining Agreement found on our website www.sau33.com under Human Resources.
This is a 6.5 work hours plus 1/2 unpaid lunch. This school year position offers medical, dental, FSA, 403b, paid leave, nights, weekends and summers off! The District pays 91% of the medical insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must hold NH DOE Para educator certification or become certified within 2 years of employment.
2. College coursework desirable
3. Experience working with children, preferable in a school
setting or any equivalent combination of education
and experience, which demonstrates possession of the
required knowledge, skills and abilities
REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Special Education Coordinator
JOB GOAL:
Under the direction of the case manager, provide academic assistance within the regular education classroom
Assist/monitor behavioral goals by collecting data and accompanying student throughout the school day.
?Performs other related duties as required by supervisor
