Duties:

- Utilize innovative learning technology and digital resources to enhance understanding and engagement during lessons.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, exercises, and discussions; adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support classroom teachers or educators by reinforcing key concepts such as algebra, geometry, calculus, differential equations, organic chemistry, microbiology, genetics, anatomy, and other advanced topics.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at various levels; classroom experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of core math subjects, including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, discrete math, data structures, and related STEM fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, genetics, physiology, and anatomy.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learner needs—children through adult education.
- Proficiency with learning technology tools and computer skills necessary for virtual or hybrid instruction.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to manage classroom settings confidently while fostering an inclusive atmosphere for working with children or students requiring special education support.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles or preschool experience is a plus for working with younger learners.
