In this role, the counselor supports prospective students and families through the admissions and scholarship process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program options, and guiding them through application requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective learners, scheduling and leading information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of contacts and progress in the admissions pipeline. The counselor collaborates with institutional partners to understand program offerings, deadlines, and scholarship criteria, and communicates this information clearly to applicants. The role also involves follow-up communication to ensure a positive experience, answer questions, and help applicants make informed enrollment decisions.
