We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing excellent customer service to our patients, and supporting our dental team. Your major end result will be to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave!

Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Patients
- Answering Phones and Checking Voicemails
- Checking Patients In and Out
- Scheduling Appointments
- Filing/Faxing/Scanning Documents
- Accounts Receivable
- Cleaning and Organizing Waiting Room
Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:45am-5:00pm
