Canvass commercial areas, build referral relationships with building owners, property managers, hospitals, schools, shopping centers etc.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass commercial properties to identify roofing issues
- Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
- Manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
- Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
