The Role
As the Roofing Project Manager, you will take full custody of each project after the signed contract is handed off. From there, you will manage the full project lifecycle, including materials, logistics, scheduling, installation coordination, punch list walkthroughs, field corrections, homeowner communication, and final approval.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage roofing projects from post sale handoff through final installation
- Order required roofing materials accurately
- Track material logistics to support timely delivery to active job sites
- Schedule installation dates with homeowners, internal crews, and subcontractors
- Coordinate project timelines and keep work moving smoothly
- Execute and document on site punch list walkthroughs
- Coordinate field corrections needed for final approval
- Resolve concerns involving clients, installers, and subcontractors
- Own project issues and drive them to completion
