CFO Home Improvements (Onsite Role)

POSITION: Chief Financial OfficerWe are looking for an experienced and proven CFO to take full ownership of financial strategy and execution for a growing, multi-location service-based company.This role requires:Prior experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).(Controller, Accounting Manager, or Finance Director experience alone does NOT qualify)Ability to work 100% onsite (NO remote or hybrid options)Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and oversee all financial operations for the companyLead and manage the accounting and finance teamOversee A/P, A/R, cash flow, payroll, insurance, and complianceManage accrual-based accounting for service-based operationsPrepare and review monthly financial statements and reportsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysisEnsure IRS, payroll tax, and regulatory complianceImprove financial systems, policies, and proceduresIdentify financial risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunitiesAdvise the CEO and executive leadership on financial strategyRemain hands-on and involved in day-to-day financial oversightQualifications:10 years of accounting experience5 years in senior financial leadershipDegree in Accounting or FinanceExperience supporting multi-location operationsStrong background in payroll, insurance, and accrual-based accountingPosition Offers:Competitive Compensation PackageTo Apply:Send your updated resume and phone number.
