Schnorr Home Improvements is a family-owned company serving Northeast Florida since 1979. We specialize in custom screen enclosures, sunrooms, and aluminum structures. Our reputation is built on quality work and long-term customer satisfaction — with most of our business coming from referrals.
We are looking for a full-time installer to join our team. This role involves installing custom screen enclosures, sunrooms, and other aluminum structures at residential job sites. We provide a work truck for use on the job. Each project is pre-measured and designed in advance, allowing for efficient and organized installations with minimal cutting and assembling on site. You would work alongside one of our many experienced foremen to start learning the way we do work here.
- Install screen enclosures, sunrooms, patio covers, and much more
- Follow project measurements and layouts
- Work with a team to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate with team members and occasionally customers
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to use basic tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Starting pay at $18-20/hour (ample opportunity to grow based on performance)
