Job Responsibilities
- Represent clients in non-judicial and judicial foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy cases, and title issues files.
- Draft legal documents, including FDCPA letters, notices of sale, and sheriffs deed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering clear and actionable advice to achieve their objectives.
- Offer legal guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage multiple case files while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
