Schneiderman's Furniture is looking for our newest Part Time Office Specialist to assist our team on nights and weekends. We are looking for an individual who is positive, welcoming and engaging with both our guests and teammates alike. You are the helm of our ship and will be helping to direct questions and provide resources to suit our guests needs. Additionally you would be responsible for assisting with clerical tasks such as balancing. If you love furniture and beautiful showrooms, we have the place for you!
- Balancing daily of the prior day's receivables
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper person or department
- Handles customer inquires on orders
- The ability to learn and become competent with our Company software (we will train)
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to self motivate and work unsupervised
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Basic bookkeeping and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Nights and weekends open availability required
