Experienced CDL Driver / Crane OperatorNot every CDL driver can run a crane. Not every crane operator can handle tree work. If you can do both, we want to talk to you.
Schneider Tree Care is looking for an experienced operator who knows how to put a truck exactly where it needs to be, safely load logs, operate both knuckleboom and stick cranes with confidence, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating knuckleboom and stick cranes
- Transporting equipment and materials safely to and from job sites
- Loading and unloading logs with precision
- Assisting tree crews when needed
- Performing daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Working alongside one of the best tree care teams in the Upstate
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement (Class A preferred)
- Experience operating log loaders and cranes
- Ability to safely maneuver large trucks in tight residential and commercial areas
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player who values safety over speed
- Ability to perform physical work when not behind the wheel
Bonus Points If You Have
- Tree industry experience
- Manual transmission experience
- Equipment hauling experience
- DOT knowledge
- Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Arborist or forestry background
