Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers by greeting them in a welcoming manner, sharing product knowledge, responding to questions, making product recommendations, and highlighting sales, promotions, and events
- Document and process sales and transactions
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist with store events
- Extensive equestrian experience and knowledge of equestrian products
- Availability that includes at least one weekend day
- A focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- A positive and team-oriented disposition
- Verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills
- Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods of time, to climb steps and ladders and to lift up to 75pounds independently
- Starting pay at $15.00/hour
