Schneider Geomatics is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Surveyor for our Specialty Services team located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Project Surveyor plans, coordinates, and executes survey work commissioned by internal and external clients. This work includes necessary field and office production work to complete the project. Projects can be larger or of a more complex nature so this position requires solid experience and may require you to work with other professional disciplines or outside consultants.

Duties include:
- Project set-up in Extraction software/environment.
- Stereo compilation/extraction in software environment.
- Quality control review and product finishing.
- Produce a raw planimetric and topographic drawing, along with a 3D surface model for use by the project team and ensure raw deliverables meet project standards.
- Perform volumetric cut and fill calculations based on data from laser scanners, aerial LiDAR, photogrammetry, ground surveys and design documents.
- Monitor and track quality control checks and procedures for data gathered by field crews.
- Assist in the development of workflows used to acquire and process 3D data.
