  • Partner with Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Translate talent review insights, succession gaps, leadership capability needs, and workforce priorities into targeted acceleration experiences.
  • Ensure acceleration programs support readiness for critical roles, stronger succession slates, and development of high-potential talent.

Accelerate high-potential and strategic talent

  • Partner with talent leaders to identify, select, and support participants for acceleration programs.
  • Design meaningful development pathways that increase readiness, exposure, sponsorship, and business impact.
  • Use talent insights to inform participant selection, program investments, and development actions.

Influence and enable stakeholders

  • Build strong partnerships with HR, business leaders, program sponsors, Global Talent Management team, Leadership Academy, and other talent stakeholders.
  • Equip stakeholders with clear communications, simple tools, and program insights that help them sponsor, nominate, develop, and follow up with participants.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acceleration, leadership readiness, and high-potential development.

Measure impact and improve outcomes

  • Track program effectiveness through participation, engagement, readiness movement, succession impact, participant outcomes, and business feedback.
  • Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to improve program design, participant experience, and talent outcomes.
  • Use data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to increase scalability, improve visibility, and simplify program management.
