For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In This Role, You Will
- Support the development of strategic plans through analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and business performance.
- Contribute to portfolio strategy initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to support execution and track progress.
- Translate complex data and research into actionable insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational effectiveness in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to uncover growth opportunities and emerging risks.
- Market Analyses: Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Structure complex problems and develop insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Resilience: Navigate ambiguity and adapt effectively in a fast-changing business environment.
- Influencing Skills: Build alignment and credibility across stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Present findings clearly through compelling analyses and executive-ready communications.
- Competitive Analysis: Assess competitor positioning, capabilities, and market actions to inform strategy.

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
