What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electromechanical Technician position at Schneider Electric?
What will you do?
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues
- Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions
- Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency
- Customer Orientation — developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service
- Digital Literacy — developing level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and data
- Drives for Results — developing level; completing maintenance tasks on schedule to minimize production impact
- Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols during all maintenance activities
- Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards
- Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
