What will you do:
- Lead Technical Leaders and Solution Architects through the SE 'Design for Safety and Reliability' (DfSR) process
- Develop mission profiles for new opportunities
- Support the creation of P-Diagrams and DFMEAs for new designs
- Advise in creation and execution of Risk Mitigation actions
- Report weekly on DfSR activity status and escalate risks
- Proven track record in reliability engineering and design for manufacturing
- Strong technical expertise in engineering power distribution and energy storage systems
- Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Technical Execution Leader
- Technical engineering degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 years of experience preferred
