The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Drive executive storytelling through EBRs/QBRs, dashboards, and strategic documentation
- Lead development of digital tools, dashboards, and playbooks that scale globally
- Enable cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration across Schneider Electric
- Promote continuous improvement and strengthen Schneider Electric’s unique value proposition
- Maintain awareness of customer risks and ensure resolution through accountable teams
- Lead onboarding and enablement for new account team members globally
- 8 years leading complex, global programs or strategic initiatives
- Strong executive‑level customer engagement experience
- Proven influencer across functions, regions, and leadership levels
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and data‑driven insight skills
- High digital fluency (dashboards, analytics, collaboration tools)
- Experience within data center, cloud, or digital infrastructure ecosystems preferred
- PMP certification a plus
- Partner with the world’s leading cloud and technology companies
