- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services on customer equipment, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical malfunctions across various systems
- Identify and recommend system upgrades or replacements while promoting service growth opportunities
- Provide on-site technical training and support to customer personnel
- Deliver exceptional project execution and field activities for asset management initiatives
- Technical or vocational education with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across technical products and systems
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to train others effectively
