Work Style: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office)

We’re looking for an Application Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving technical excellence in power systems and protection schemes.
What You’ll Do
- Work on Complex Projects: Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Be a Safety Champion: Promote Schneider Electric’s Safety-First culture in every aspect of your work.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
- 3 years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
- Experience in implementing protection / control projects for Oil & Gas, datacenter, Utility segments.
- Power systems and protection schemes.
- Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes.
- Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
- Experience in power monitoring & control equipment with solutions preferably from Schneider, Alstom, SEL, GE, ABB, and Siemens.
- Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850 would be ideal.
- Ability to work in a face pace & demanding environment under quality and budget constraints
- Proficient English language skills both written and spoken
- Exceelent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
