About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Manager to take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day financial operations. This individual will be responsible for managing cash flow, billing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reporting, and will play a key role in helping leadership make informed financial decisions.
This is not a back-office, siloed finance role. You’ll work closely with the COO, partners, and department leads to streamline processes, strengthen financial controls, and ensure the firm runs smoothly and profitably. The right person is proactive, systems-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. We are open-minded and encourage someone to recommend and advise on continuous improvement best practices.
Compensation: $100,000 /- DOE
