What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - CASE MANAGER / PATIENT SERVICES position at Schneck Medical Center?
SALARIED - Full-Time / 8:00am - 5:00pm / with on-call, weekend, & holiday rotation required;
Pay is Salaried; however, it converts to $29.50/hr and increases with experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Graduate of accredited school of nursing with case management training.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Licensed RN in State of Indiana. Case management certification required within 24 months of hire. CPR required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
Preferred: 2 or more years experience in case management in acute setting.
