EDUCATION
Minimum: RN
Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Recent hospital experience
Preferred: ICU/CCU or Strong Med/Surg experience

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Current RN State license

JOB DUTIES
1. Compliant Medical Record Documentation and clarifications
2. Recognizes opportunities for documentation improvement
3. Communicates with coders to resolve discrepancies
