ROLE:
The Recruiter is part of the Corporate Human Resources Team. This is an in-office position based in Sterling, VA. The Recruiter reports directly to the Human Resources, Business Partner. Our training program will incorporate job site visits, formal training classes, and job shadowing to make sure you are accurately representing Schnabel and the work that we perform. You will be the face of our company for all field recruiting, both internally and externally. This role has growth potential.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay is between $60,000 - $80,000.00 depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become internal expert on applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Full cycle recruitment for field employees and skilled trades.
- Build field recruitment plan and priority tables for open requisitions. Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, etc.
- Collect data from resumes, phone screens, and interviews to accurately assess our compensation and benefits package vs the market.
- Own field recruitment candidate pipelines and present to leadership for hiring decisions.
- Lead weekly field recruitment meetings with Group leadership (Field Operations Managers, Operations Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents).
- Create and own dashboards that accurately track field recruiting analytics.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly field recruitment statistics.
- Assist with strategic recruiting and campus recruiting.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources is preferred but not required
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in both Spanish and English
- Some travel as needed
- Self-motivated, great time management skills, strong work ethic and business integrity
