Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk based in Milwaukee, WI. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records in company systems. Regular tasks include handling data processing, verifying information for accuracy, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining overall data integrity. Additionally, the role may include supporting customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with documentation where needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into QuickBooks Desktop
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file liens as required
- Conduct collections follow-ups
- Review and process customer credit applications
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Available Monday through Friday during standard office hours
- Experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks (but willing to train)
Proficiency in Typing and basic Computer Literacy
Experience in Administrative Assistance and general office support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Degree or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration or data entry is a plus
