Charter Driver

Schmitty & Sons is seeking safety-minded, dependable and friendly folks to join our driving team. If you are retired, a veteran, a stay-at-home parent, or someone looking for a new career, this job is for you! 

If you are looking for a part-time, flexible, set-your-own schedule type of job, this is for you!

Primary duties will be driving school charters for field trips, band trips, and sports teams.  Our buses are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and newer models.

If you are interested but do not have the proper licensing, don't let that stop you, the right person can be easily trained and licensed in our paid training program.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• Able to tell time and keep a timely schedule
• Read, write, and speak in English
• Make quick, safe decisions with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
