Videographer & Content Creator

We’re seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is fully dedicated to the craft of video production — planning, filming, editing, and distributing videos that educate, inspire, and build trust with our audience.
 
 You will play a central role in bringing our They Ask, You Answer and Endless Customers strategies to life by producing customer-focused videos that answer real questions, simplify complex topics, and tell stories that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Plan, record, and edit high-quality video content for use across web, email, social media, and presentations.
 • Operate professional-grade camera, lighting, and sound equipment in our in-house studio.
 • Edit video footage using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent editing software.
 • Repurpose long-form video into short-form content tailored for social platforms.
 • Ensure all video content reflects our brand’s look, feel, and voice.

Content Creation Strategy & Distribution

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop scripts and concepts rooted in They Ask, You Answer and Endless Customers principles.
 • Capture authentic stories from employees, credit unions, and customers that build connection and trust.
 • Manage publishing and distribution of video content across company platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
 • Stay current on video marketing trends and new technologies to keep our content innovative and engaging.

Our Workspace

We provide a fully functioning, state-of-the-art studio for podcasting, video, and content creation. Our studio is equipped with professional-grade equipment, giving you the tools to bring your creative vision to life.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in videography, video production, and editing (professional or academic — strong portfolios, internships, and project work considered).
 • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Canva — or equivalent professional video editing software.
 • Strong storytelling ability and an eye for creative detail.
 • Comfortable managing the full production process: planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
 • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
 • Knowledge of SEO principles for video optimization.
 • Familiarity with social media video formats and advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
 • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
